About the kennels
We have two kennel blocks featuring standard‑sized kennels, along with a dedicated block of smaller kennels designed specifically for small dogs. Every kennel is equipped with heating, a raised bed, and constant access to fresh drinking water. The tiled flooring throughout ensures a clean, hygienic environment for your much‑loved pet. Each kennel can comfortably accommodate two dogs from the same family.
Your dog will enjoy two daily off‑lead sessions in our secure exercise paddock, giving them plenty of space to stretch, play, and explore. While your pet is out enjoying their time, their kennel will be fully cleaned, bedding checked, and water refreshed. Maintaining high welfare standards is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that every pet is unique, so we welcome you to bring your dog’s own bedding, treats, toys, or any home comforts that help them feel settled. Bring whatever you feel will make your dog happiest during their stay.
We kindly ask all customers to provide enough food for the duration of their pet’s stay. For pets on fresh or raw diets, we have fridge‑freezers available to store raw meat, vegetables, and other fresh items.
Our experienced team is fully trained to administer all necessary medications—including insulin injections—at no additional cost.
Please note: all dogs must be fully vaccinated, including against Kennel Cough, and vaccination cards must be shown at every visit. Your pet’s safety is our top priority.

Treat your pet to their very own pamper during the stay! For an extra touch of care and comfort you can add a soothing bath to your dog’s stay with us. Whether they’ve enjoyed a visit to the play run, or just deserve to be treated to a pamper, our bathing service ensures they return to you fully freshened and smelling lovely!
The size and coat of the dog will be at the team's discretion.

Play Run
Let the fun begin! Our spacious Play Run is a joyful haven for dogs to stretch, play, and socialise.
For just £8 per 20-minute session, your dog can enjoy extra playtime - either one-on-one with a team member or alongside carefully matched playmates.
These sessions are in addition to their two daily exercise sessions, giving them even more opportunity to burn energy and wag their tails.
You decide how often your dog joins in the fun during their stay - we’re here to make it as playful and personalised as you wish.
